Kaladin coughed up blood. Only a little, for now. But if he was coughing up blood at all, the spear had clipped a lung, if not outright punctured it. Drowning on his own blood was yet another way he could die here, lying face down in the dust and crem. Leshwi must have put him here, he realized.
