There’s something more to this. Some kind of reason as to why they’re so flustered, and some kind of explanation behind why they had stopped her.
Ralsei is far off into the distance now, chasing and chasing, his footsteps now barely audible from afar. The world is quiet for a moment or so, so silent that you could hear a pin drop.
But then Kris shuffles, their armour clamouring and clanking against itself. Their head raises and their arms shift, their cape ruffling. In due time, they raise a finger towards their lips. It’s commanding, but not forceful, and it’s almost like some sort of suggestion.
kris is a dramatic little thing, and it takes susie more than a moment to catch onto what they want.
