Vineta is still under heavy scrutiny by the remnants of the Empire. 8 cycles ago, the entire planet was placed on lockdown by order of AEON HQ. Nobody gets in, nobody gets out. Supply lines were being sabotaged too quickly, too absolutely. There is most certainly someone with ties to the enemy high up the command ladder.
8 cycles ago, AEON announced that because of the blockade’s disruption to communication, ACT (l’Autorité Centrale du Travail de Vineta) would be responsible for handling all facilities and ships operating on the planet as a temporary measure.
8 cycles ago, V-07 Grand Nacré received the telegram ordering its immediate redesignation from an anti-orbital battleship to a mobile base of operations for a suboceanic salvage team, looting pre-submersion facilities for supplies.
Nobody stationed on 07 has received training for underwater operations. Nobody stationed on 07 knows what to do when the Admiral begins acting erratically.
