A few weeks had passed, and Vox had his new body. Not that it mattered much, his mental state was nowhere near functional. If he hadn’t dragged himself to Valentino and begged him for a new body, he might still be nothing but a screen. And now, even with a body, his powers felt sluggish, unstable. Expected, maybe.
