Link doesn't know what to make of Wild. None of the Champions do, but Link is confident that he's struggling the most.
Because as odd as it is to see little Sidon now tower over Urbosa, nothing can compare to the weirdness Link feels when he looks at Wild; the stranger who looks like him but wrong.
A.K.A. Mid-quest, Wild ends up in Age of Calamity. No one is happy about this.

“Really? In what way?” Time asked politely.
The woman laughed warmly, reaching up to scratch Wolfie's ears. “Well, dogs used to be wolves, didn't they? He can probably smell that I'm pregnant like all the other dogs here can!”
“Congratulations!” Wild gasped, grinning ear to ear. And the others—
Wolfie reared back from the women with a violent sneeze. Hyrule tripped over thin air. Wind’s eyes went comically wide. Sky made a weird squawking noise. Four’s mouth dropped in silent horror.
“Oh, how wonderful!” Warriors said, serenely oblivious to the chaos happening around him. And Legend?
Legend was going to kill everyone in the Chain and then himself. Because are you fucking serious.
Time gets pregnant. Everyone else notices this before he does.
(AKA: I saw all the trans!Time headcanons, and then thought, "Wait, if Twilight is his canonical blood descendent then that means..." promptly followed by, "You know what would be really fucking funny.")

“Nah, we’re way cooler than Kokiri.” Wind recovers first, and he moves to the front of the group and kneels down with a bright grin. “I’m Wind, what’s your name?”
Time - he’s smaller than Four, dear Hylia he’s so little - blinks at him, then ducks his head a bit. Hyrule notices that he’s holding a fistful of the fabric of his tunic, like Hyrule does when he gets nervous. “… Link.”

Nobody knows what to make of Wild.
He’s a half-feral kitchen witch with wings, scars, and too many Sheikah hacks. No fear of God or physics. An instinct for chaos. A habit of vanishing. One moment he’s serving gourmet buffs like a traveling innkeeper, the next he’s soloing a Lynel with a soup ladle and a smile.
He shouldn’t work. He shouldn’t exist.
But he does—and surviving the wild starts with keeping up.
