Serial killer Ned Low is hired to play a show for a charity event hosted by the Police department. Falling for the couple and seeing a created darkness in the younger man.
Ned helps Lucius control the darkness by teaching him to hide it.

Summary
Suburban life in California turned out to be exactly how he thought it would. Positively, mind-numbingly boring. Every day he went through the same blasted routine. Wake up before his wife. Get dressed. Cook Tate breakfast. Make sure his clothes matched and clean up whatever had spilled in the kitchen today. Get him off to school and walk him to his kindergarten class. All of that changes when he meets who he thought was his old college roommate in a dark, run-down bar on the outskirts of his mundane, yuppie suburb. He thinks he might have found how to save himself. And maybe someone else.
Takes place in an AU where Fidd's was able to patent his laptop BEFORE Ford decided to go all, portal crazy. He still does, just...later than expected.

On one particularly exceptional occasion, this meant a butt plug.
Said occasion proved to eventually be extremely disruptive to his life.
Surprisingly, far more so than killing people tended to be.

Summary
When Raylan receives a letter from Boyd, everything changes.
Not because it‘s their first contact in years. Not because Boyd tells him he is being released from prison before the end of his sentence. But because Boyd gets out of prison on compassionate release. The coal dust has caught up with him for good, he claims. Raylan isn‘t sure what to believe.So he has to make sure his favorite criminal really is a dead man walking and not planning one more coup. That‘s all. That‘s why he turns up on his day of release. No other reason.
Ok maybe there is, but neither Raylan nor Boyd want to admit it.
Until they both realize that a ticking clock in the background might just be their last and only chance at a window of togetherness.
(Takes place after the original series finale and ignores primeval)

Perry’s face pinched with frustration. “You’re going to be the death of me, kid.”
“I’m not a kid.”
“Oh, believe me, I’ve noticed.”
JD could hardly hear over the staccato rhythm his heart was hammering out. “Doctor Cox, are you flirting with me?”
“If I’d known you were going to be this dense, I would’ve printed out some third-grade Valentines cards and mailed them to you, along with some homemade heart-shaped cookies with ‘i want to bone JD’ written in icing.”
“I love homemade cookies!”
“Missing the point there, Caroline.”
