Carry you onAsriel Dreemurr's Freshman Year of College hasn't been going great. Ever since December Holiday's unexplained disappearance, Asriel has been haunted by visions of a past he doesn't remember and a future he can't allow. And now, his mother is forcing him to come home for Thanksgiving and face his problems head-on.
However, upon his arrival, Asriel is quickly drawn into a mysterious world of intrigue and insanity, with his only allies being his shy surrogate sister, and Kris' new delinquent best friend. Can Asriel pick up the broken pieces of the world he left behind? Or will everything fall apart in the face of the Knight's blade?

Kris lowered the receiver and watched the red light on the base blink out. They turned back to the room.
Susie was no longer at the table.
From the corner of their eye, they caught movement near the stairs. She was halfway up already, hoodie sleeves bunched around her elbows, tail swaying slightly beneath the hem. She moved like she wasn’t sure whether she wanted to be seen or not—one foot creaking on the third step, then stopping, like she was waiting for someone to call her back.

After her mother passes away, Susie is placed in foster care—and Toriel, with one child away at college and another growing quiet in the space he left behind, takes her in. Kris doesn’t know her well. Not beyond the kid who used to sit behind them and chew her pencil into splinters. But now they’ll share a room, a house, and all the quiet leftover spaces that come with grief and growing up.
And then, just as things begin to settle into a shape that might almost resemble home, someone else goes missing. This time, from Noelle’s house. Susie isn’t one to mind her business.

If anyone told her that heroes were responsible, Chiyoji was going to laugh and laugh until she made herself sick.
With the likes of All Might, Endeavor, Mount Lady, and dozens more heroes who never bothered to fill in their reports correctly or on time despite millions of tax dollars spent on repairs, she finds herself in a curious position of hating every hero that walked the face of the planet. Which is a terrible stance for a police technician to take when she has to work with these people day in and day out.
Except for Eraserhead. He neutralized and restrained the problem before it became a problem, turned his paperwork in on time, and used concise statements that made filing a dream.
She has a shrine built to Eraserhead in her desk drawer.
