Katsuki’s lip quirked, and Izuku prayed very hard for Nana-sama to lightning strike him into ash.
Izuku’s shoulders sagged. “My Okami—”
“—Is still atrocious.” Katsuki smirked, clearly revelling in the shock on Izuku’s face.
Izuku and Katsuki weren't meant to become close. They weren't even really meant to meet. The differences between their clans — and the significant language barrier between them — should have ensured that.
But nobody has ever needed perfect grammar to fall in love anyway.

Izuku is devastated, of course he is, but he has to accept it. There's no other way for things to change unless Katsuki somehow defies all odds and presents twice.
That is, until he does.
