After his catastrophic first shift at the hospital, Dennis couldn't get some memories out of his head. One in particular stuck to him : the moment he found Dr Robby on the floor in peds, crying and looking so small.

When a second body is discovered, the federals are called and Ryan is forced to work with a man approaching BigFoot's height. Not that he had a problem with that, it's just that no one should be that tall.
Also, the guy's a dick so it's one more reason to hate on him.
