asandygraves

A drawing of myself as a ghost. I have short green hair, pale purple skin, a purple sweater, glasses, and a red witch hat with a purple band. My eyes are closed, and I’m smiling. There are green sparkles next to my face.

    Summary

Inspired by prompt: 'Peter is unmasked on live television, and everyone goes berserk—you've already heard this one but here's the twist—he's wide-eyed, staring into the camera, frightened, but not because of his own safety. The first thing that comes out of his mouth is, "Someone please, please protect my Aunt May." And the entirety of New York cries out simultaneously. Heroes and neighbours and fellow students rain down on the Parker house, ready to defend her.'

“Why is there a teenager in our office?”

Foggy stood in the threshold of the office, mouth slightly agape, most likely wondering if he’d walked into the wrong building. The kid waved at him, smile huge under a blooming black eye and spilt lip.

“Foggy,” Matt said, far too calm for someone who was in the presence of a beaten, bloodied, teenage stranger. “This is Peter.”

    Summary

    Fill for this prompt:
The Guardians are captured and Peter is taken to their captors to be questioned. Instead of torturing him, however, the interrogator injects him with a truth drug. Due to his hybrid nature, however, the serum works a little too well: Peter can't shut up and starts babbling whatever comes into his mind. Frustrated, his captors throw him back into the cell to let the serum wear off. Unfortunately, that means that the Guardians are stuck with a drugged up Peter who can't stop talking!

Peter talks about really painful and private stuff like how lonely he was before he met the team or how his childhood was really messed up and how unsure he is about his role as their leader.

“So, you remember the plan, right?” Matt whispered. The sirens in the distance picked up, the sounds of the police officers on foot growing louder.

“You’re blind and I’m just a scared teenager,” Peter said back, nodding. “Got it.”

The characterisation of Kamal in this is really well done, and Boris’ characterisation is a nice contrast.
