Harry Potter has always had long hair, because Harry likes having long hair. After being mobbed by everyone who noticed Harry's scar at the Leaky Cauldron, Harry decides to get bangs to better hide it.
If Harry didn't look like a girl before, the bangs and the skirts Harry mistakenly gets as part of the Hogwarts uniform take care of that.
But is being a girl so bad?
The magical world offers solutions to the problem the Mundane can only dream of.
There are potions, rituals and 'curses', all of which require sacrifices and none of which are socially acceptable.But Harry has allies as well.
