Foggy thinks there’s plenty of things to say about Matt’s compulsion to apologize. Things that sound like the toll of a church bell or the shrill chords of an organ. He wonders if those things ring horribly loud to Matt’s heightened senses. He wonders if his urge to say sorry rings even louder. There's dirt on his cheekbone and he’s removed his jacket from the heat, but he still has a nasty glare that could freeze hell over. Hajime idly wonders who he picked that up from. Hiragi? Not likely. Kaji? More plausible. Himself? …well.
Hajime is a kind man. He’d even go at lengths to say he is a noble one too. Yet, there is something about Sakura Haruka that brings out the devil in him.
