After returning to Garreg Mach after their battle with Miklan and retrieving the Lance of Ruin, Sylvain needs a distraction. He's an alpha and annoying, but he's just what Sylvain needs right now.
Sweat beads on the back of his neck, and Sylvain is surprised to realize he is a little excited. He marches towards Balthus, and he finally picks his head up from the back of the couch once Sylvain is within arms reach.
“Thought I might be dreamin’ up that scent of yours,” Balthus says with a smirk.
“Maybe you are,” Sylvain says.
“Nah, I don’t normally dream of sweet things like you.”
