He looked up again, Robert was swaying a little, their faces way closer than they were at the start. Had Flambae instinctively leaned in further?In which Robert is drunk and Flambae gets stuck with babysitting duty. And by the end of it, maybe Flambae's a little drunk too...

also any moment with trucy and them as a family just has my heart oml
the smut was so good!!! less of it as the story goes on which i honestly appreciated, gave the story more ability to talk about their feelings
and the feelings are THERE, these two have so many feelings UGHHH phoenix is so repressed!!!! miles is so hesitant!!!! they're tiptoeing around saying i love you while blowing eachother's brains out on a european vacation <333i feel like 7yg phoenix is a hard character to write, especially from his perspective, because we don't get any insight through playing as him in aa4, but this has got to be one of my favorite interpretations of his character, i could say more and more but ughh sleeppy this fic is just lovely and totally rereadable <333

Summary
Soon enough, Miles and Phoenix are sitting on the opposite ends of the sofa. There’s a box of tissues between them, as well as a packet of apple-scented lubricant for Phoenix and a blueberry muffin-flavoured one for Miles. One of his favourite porn videos is playing on his TV. It’s vintage, but not all of his favourites are. The scandal is almost thrilling, Miles has to admit, but since they’re also what Larry calls ‘besties for lifers’ it’s mostly gauche and cringeworthy. He wishes he could call it off, but he’s too frozen with terror to move. He hopes Phoenix still respects him somewhat after this.
OR
After celebrating their victory over a case involving Phoenix's ex-girlfriend, he and Miles get drunk at the prosecutor's house and watch porn together.
Unfortunately, Miles is in love with his best friend.
