Summary
There are many things which unite Ava Silva and Beatrice Young, such as complicated relationships with their families, being two football legends in the making, or their shared past.
After Ava has spent six years playing for F.C. Barcelona, she gets drafted into Arsenal for a two seasons contract. The first person who she meets is the team's legendary captain, Beatrice Young.
The whole world believes this combination to be explosive, but Ava and Beatrice prove everyone wrong. Ava feels attracted to Beatrice, and vice-versa. It's really easy to understand, until it's not.
Ava is willing to break her own rules, but Beatrice is incapable to let go of her fears and past, which ends up with Ava ending her contract sooner than expected, going back to Barcelona, and trying to forget Beatrice.
