"He's quoting Frankenstein," Tim muttered, not looking up from his screen, fingers flying across the keyboard. “I got him to read it a while ago."

Summary
Jason Todd was born and raised in Crime Alley, the birthplace and homeground of some of Gotham's worst, and brought up as a mercenary. Hood is a terrifyingly competent killer-for-hire with the reputation to match. Jason has plans to change his life, however, to make enough money to retire early and leave the mercenary life behind permanently and he'll let nothing get in the way of that.
