Suguru Geto was dead.
Satoru had watched as the life left his eyes. Satoru had cleaned the dried and caked blood off of Suguru Geto’s slowly cooling body. Satoru had dressed Suguru Geto up in his favorite sweater and jeans combo. Satoru had buried Suguru Geto behind a run down chapel, a place only he and Shoko knew about.
Satoru Gojo was dead.
There was nobody there to watch as the life left his eyes. There was nobody there to clean the dried and caked blood off of Satoru Gojo’s slowly cooling body. There was nobody there to dress Satoru Gojo up in his favorite sweater and jeans combo. There was nobody there to bury Satoru Gojo behind a run down chapel next to Suguru Geto, a place only Shoko knew about.
When Satoru Gojo took the hit and was sliced at the hips and his vision went black before he could even feel the pain, he didn’t expect to blink open his eyes to the sight of his long dead Best Friend standing behind a counter with a tray in hand, cup of coffee and a pastry on two saucers on top, wearing an ugly green apron with a pen in the front pocket and the sleeves of an oversized white button-down rolled up to his elbows.
