Summary
He allows himself to exist in a fantasy under the cover of the night; lets himself believe the swirl of emotion in Minho's dilated eyes is affection instead of lust, that the adoring caress across his abdomen is meant for Seungmin, rather than just another warm body allowing Minho in. However, his rationality always returns with the rising sun. Seungmin dissects and discards the mortifying hope with the apathy and precision of a practiced surgeon removing a tumor. He reprimands himself for his weakness, vows to never go back and then, ultimately finds himself in the same predicament the week after.
(Minho is the raging fire. Seungmin is the moth willing to burn his wings for a reflection of his light.)

Summary
Minho’s anguish, fierce and all consuming, allows him no room for any rational thought. He does not realize when he breaks out of his paralyzed trance but he finds himself standing in front of the vampire.
Surprise colors the vampire's eyes-- ones that are so similar to Seungmin's that they could be plucked right out of Minho's memory.
How dare they disrespect his dead husband by letting the creatures that killed him wear his face? How do they sully the memory of the purest thing Minho has ever had, by using it to trap him?
Minho wraps his hands around the vampire's cold pale throat, cutting off its air supply.

He frowned, brows knitting together. “Ice cream?” he said dumbly, not understanding. How could anyone not like ice cream? Was Megumi even human?
“No, silly,” Tsumiki giggled, covering her mouth with a small hand. “Being touched. He doesn’t like it.”
Oh. Gojo’s features went slack, and he watched Tsumiki skip off into the kitchen, singing to herself in soft tones about ice cream.

Maybe his brain wasn’t working today. After all he was tired, he, Yuuji and Nobara had been fighting curses for who knows how long and after that Gojo thought that it would be a fun idea to make them run laps for no good reason. So in conclusion he wasn’t thinking straight, or more like he wasn’t thinking at all. Why does he think this? Because he doesn’t register the next few words that came from his mouth, and when he does he wishes he hadn’t.
