Minho’s eyes close. The silence stretches, tense, ready to snap. Jisung’s heartbeat flutters in his throat. “I can’t stop thinking about you,” Minho finally whispers. “And—and I don’t know… I don’t know if you’ve been thinking about me, too.”
It doesn’t shock him the way it should, doesn’t short circuit his brain the way it would if it were anyone else. It’s almost a relief, really, to know that he isn’t alone in this, but that expanse of uncertainty still yawns wide in front of them.
