“Don't ever speak to me like that.”
An eye roll and a small smile was Sparrow's only reply. He didn't fight back. He just let his chin rest on Nick's aflame sword, and continued to look up at Nick, letting his blood continue to flow freely. He looked just as good as the last time he did that.
“Why are you smiling? Why aren't you healing yourself?” Why was he displaying his injuries, the injuries Nick had created, for him to see? Red bloomed on Sparrows face as a bruise started to form on his sun kissed skin.
Blood dripping, smile widening, bruise blooming, he was perfect. Sparrow batted his eyelashes at Nick. He looked perfect. “Do you want me to heal myself?”
“...No.”────
Tensions rise as Nick and Sparrow are placed into a locked room for safekeeping. Feelings hidden under mountains of regrets and betrayals finally surface, and their burning anger can only last this long.

“It's ok, I'm not gonna hurt you. My name is Phil, I'm a doctor.”
Faint shuffling came from behind a dumpster to his left and from the darkness appears two glowing red eyes.
“You took a Hippocratic oath,” they say seriously.
“Sure did,” Phil agrees, looking over the kid now in front of him. Their long pink hair is the first thing that grabs Phil's attention but as he searches for any sign of an injury, he just notices the very recognisable suit they wear.
It's hard for Phil to connect the notorious villain Blood God and this scared and injured kid in his mind but while he might lack self preservation, he's also not a complete idiot.
OR: Phil's never been fond of superhero's but after saving a villains life he gets way too caught up in their world for his liking and things are worse than they seem.
OR OR: Phil might have just gotten kidnapped by villain teens and made into a father.

When Wilbur gets injured during what was meant to be a simple mission to get back into the villain business, Techno has to drag him right into enemy territory (the Hero Tower) to find their fabled 'healer' that lives there. When the healer is missing and he finds a random kid instead, he's forced to leave and has to trust that his brother will get help.
Or, a group of slightly oblivious criminals run around trying to save their friend, while said friend meets a new little brother.
