Oscar brought a cheap little polaroid camera to their race when he was 11 and Logan was 12. He had gotten it for Christmas and was very excited to take pictures of as many things as humanly possible. Logan had laughed at him, ruffled his hair a little and called him a nerd.
But despite that, he had still wrapped his arm around Oscar and smiled at the camera when Oscar asked.

Summary
Oscar carefully turns back to one of the mirrors that make up the sides of the elevator and sees that his side looks a lot more aggravated than it did just a half hour earlier. The previously fading yellow and purple have reverted back to their more vibrant shades they’d been a few weeks ago. They’re accompanied by more red inflammation.
“Shit,” he whispers under his breath.
“Yes! Shit is right! You’re coming to my room and I’m getting you ice right now,” Lando says exasperatedly just as the elevator reaches their floor.or
During a padel game, Oscar takes a serve to his broken rib and injures himself more. Lando finds him after and takes him back to his hotel room to take care of him.
