Over time the ruler of the vampires grew hungry for power and control. Knowing he could not get the aid from the witches, he sought to do eliminate the werewolves and Lycians. Capturing and enslaving them in a dungeons underneath his castle. This enraged the werewolf and Lycian ruler. Allowing himself to be captured, he plotted escape route from inside. With the help from a high-ranking priestess witch The Lycian King was able to asset his fellow brothers escape from their collars and to safety through underground tunnels. A fight broke out between The Lycian King and the Vampire Lord igniting the war between the factions.
