Summary
The funny thing about soulmates is that there was one for everyone.
Not everyone would meet theirs, and would go on to leave happy and healthy (usually) lives with their self chosen significant other. Those that did meet theirs, though, were destined to be together no matter their circumstances.
(This rings especially true for Dazai and Chuuya.)
