Summary
It’s a Tuesday night. One hour until midnight, to be precise. Zhang Hao’s sitting in his car in the fairly empty Lotte Mart parking lot, groceries in the back, the hum of the engine the only sound in the night. He reaches up to adjust his rearview mirror in preparation to back out, only to see something, or rather someone, flit past his car.
There’s a loud bang on the passenger side window, and Zhang Hao turns his head just in time to watch, almost in slow motion like in the movies, as an extremely familiar person smashes straight through the window.(Zhang Hao knew his roommate was a bit strange. He just didn't expect it to be because of this.)
