He woke up having slicked the sheets. So, she took him to the doctor and yup. Omega.
They gave him pamphlets and told him all about being an omega. The only thing different was he was male.

Summary
Katsuki has very little to his name. A family name, long since written off, a faded ink on his shoulder and an old collar, hidden for now in the darkness of his room.
Kirishima Eijirou has a silver feather of a royal guard, a mouthful of razor sharp teeth and sickeningly sweet attitude Katsuki has no idea how to deal with.
They meet by the fountain like a clock, whether Katsuki wants it or not, and as the time goes on, he thinks he has it all figured out. Some things are just not meant to be, and one day Kirishima would get tired of playing pretend. It's the law, after all, that states Katsuki to be nothing but property. Someone else's property, too. He would indulge, though, in this little fantasy, as long as Kirishima will want to keep the act up.
Katsuki doesn't know the law as well as he thinks he does, though.

Katsuki sat down once more, having just talked for about ten minutes with a couple who were debating the merits of a flogger over a paddle, that had no fucking clue what they were on about. He’d done his best, but they had decided on a fucking feather tickler instead. Fucking, instead.
Digging his fingers into the front of his hair to tug the locks back from his forehead, Bakugou gave a groan. He still had four more hours of this shit left to endure. He felt like there was no end in sight all goddamned ready. Promotion could be a real bitch, he thought. But Katsuki, at least, wasn’t a bitch. He could do this. He endured another hour before;
“Oh, uh. Hey?”
Bakugou looked up from picking at his fingernails to lay his eyes upon the most beautiful man he’d ever seen in his life. Fuck.

“I know,” Eri replies, moving a little from where she's hidden behind Izuku’s leg. “Your hero name is Pinky! And you are Chargebolt, Tsukuyomi, Invisible Girl, Shouto, Ingenium, Can’t Stop Twinkling, Cellophane and Creati !”
The room blinks at her, utterly dumbfounded. Eri nods excitedly, with a proud smile.
“Deku told me about you all this afternoon,” she explains. “Do you know you’re in his hero notebooks?”
Kaminari lets out a low, exaggerated groan, “Nooo, Midoriya, just don’t go turn the kid into a little you. Next thing you know, she’ll want to hang All Might’s posters in her room, and Aizawa-sensei is going to have a heart attack.”
Izuku rolls his eyes, feeling his cheeks heat up a little. Eri looks extremely confused at the statement, and Uraraka extends an arm to slap Kaminari behind the head.
Or: Eri meets Class 1-A and gets to know them better. Shenanigans ensue.
