He opened himself to the Force again, begging without voice for an answer. It had been three days of this now and nothing. No bolt from the blue inspiration, no hint of a way to rejoin his crystal, nothing but the silence of his own head as it pounded under the strain.

That was fine. She and Jang Uk both had feelings for Go Won, and they'd been planning on making changes to their wedding so that he could become a part of their relationship. Then Go Won acts as if they hated him for breaking up their engagement, as if she and Jang Uk only loved each other, as if that one moment that changed their lives didn't happen.
Now, Mu-deok and Jang Uk are on a quest to woo the Crown Prince and get it into his thick skull that he isn't as unloved as he thinks.
