Summary
Today was a long day, from the love confessions to Shane's dad catching them kissing, to the conversation. Both Ilya and Shane were exhausted, physically and emotionally, but not in a bad way. They were both happy that the raven-haired man's parents were so quick to support their relationship fully.
It was honestly a huge relief, but there was one thing stuck in Ilya's mind: why didn't Shane find someone else, someone easier, someone better?
