Summary
After picking up a vintage television at their local antique store, Leo and Mikey are excited to gift it to Splinter for his birthday. When it doesn't work as planned, Leo offers to try and wire it correctly, but when he turns it on again, he finds himself in his own superhero show, as a hero named the Blue Blur. As the show progresses and he continues kicking butt, he can't help but think something is amiss. But he can't put his finger on what it is...
Back at the lair, the other turtles are confused as to why Leo has been staring blankly at an empty screen buzzing with static all night. That is, until Draxum notices a particular red glow coming from behind the television itself. When they call April and CJ for backup, a plot to be rid of the turtles once and for all is unraveled, and it's up to Mikey, Donnie, and Raph to stop the TV from taking their brother forever.
