Summary
Ichigo paces, one thumb pressed up to his mouth and dragging across the line of his teeth past his slightly open lips. Five steps, then he spins and tracks them back through the dirt in the other direction. He pauses, looks up at Kisuke, and when he doesn't get what he's looking for his scowl deepens and he returns to pacing aggressively.
"He could be dead."
"I doubt he's dead, Kurosaki-kun."
"His previous record was three minutes late. Kisuke. Three minutes. Nel was literally attached to him when he clawed out of the Garganta. I've never even seen Kenpachi go to so much effort to fight me."

Summary
Everybody knew about the 12th’s lieutenant. The man who had held the position for near a hundred years, and adamantly refused to become a captain. He was the subject of much gossip in the Gotei 13. After all, he made quite the striking figure. Wild orange hair, a permanent scowl, and power that clung tightly to his skin, it really was not an exaggeration that everyone knew him, or at the least, knew about him.
Everyone, it seemed but Urahara Kisuke himself.
The very same Urahara Kisuke who as of today was the captain of the 12th.
