“I wanna marry her,” Ron says, looking hazily at his glass with a shy, hopeful grin on his lips. “I— fuck, I’d marry her tomorrow if I could. I’d marry her right now!” He laughs, gleeful, and stands up to open the window. “I want to marry you, Hermione Granger!” he shouts into the midnight countryside. George is practically falling over himself with laughter, and Ron collapses onto his bed as soon as the two of them make eye contact, sharing in his brother's mirth at his own expense.
Ron and George, sharing a drink in Ron’s room. Perhaps after Hermione’s returned to Hogwarts, if Ron has a day or two left before going back to Auror training—you’re free to imagine otherwise, whatever suits your fancy! :)

various work-in-progress stories that i haven't had the fortitude to finish yet but hopefully will sometime!! thought i would put them up somewhere so they don't just sit and collect dust while i wait to return to them!!
will mostly be fluff and smooches if i had to guess, very very little plot (because these are all very short you might already have assumed that but hey! now you don't have to assume!) i always picture them as old teen-young adult life stage so it probably won't be referenced all that much or anything but. you can read them as that age :)

really great interpretation of ladrien through a codepedent/unhealthy lens that never fails to be compelling!!! one of my favorites and plays constantly on loop in my mind for a few days every time it crosses my mind again!!! just really good stuff written so so well!!! highly recommend

Marinette never really wanted to be a superhero, for the record, but the choice wasn’t hers. And when she sees a car headed for Alya the day Stoneheart appears, that’s not a choice either—that’s a death sentence for a girl with no powers, just a phone and too much curiosity for her own good.
Marinette becomes Ladybug, and she moves.
In hindsight, Marinette supposes the car crushes her skull, her lungs—something like that. She thinks she remembers hitting the ground, but that could be wishful thinking, the desire for a sense of certainty that will always be out of reach. It doesn’t really matter, as much as she’d like to think so.
The bottom line is that on her first day on the job, Ladybug dies. And then she gets back up.

such a mind-bending concept, with almost an edge of psychological horror too, that’s executed so well, with fantastic characterization and development over the course of the fic. this is the kind of writing that deserves a hardcover edition!!! please read this one because it’s phenomenal!!!
