Nat feels like she’s the only one who doesn’t know what’s going on. She’s still standing in the same spot, right inside her front door, trying to understand everything and still coming up short.
When she glances away from the hearts on the wall and back towards Robby again, his expression has become a nervous one instead. He asks, hesitant, “It’s not right, is it? You know, I knew I should’ve—”
“Right for what?” Nat demands again, trying to figure this out.
Dana nudges her side, leaning in to stage-whisper, “He’s trying to take you on a date.”
