Summary
What if Giyuu actually got to the Kamados in time?
Except he survives- and so do Nezuko and Tanjiro, both human.However, Muzan's poison isn't easy to cure. When the three must flee, the poison spreads so far Giyuu has no choice but to cut off his hand. And by the time Urokodaki finds them, Giyuu's barely hanging on. His arm is the next to go.
Now declared missing by the corps, crow injured, there is no way to reveal the truth that he's alive. And his condition is getting worse... Day by day, he gets weaker. Tanjiro's left panicking over the realization that they have to cut off his arm. He starts to slowly, slowly lose himself. Who's going to save him?
Will help ever arrive?

Synopsis:
Giyuu had no idea if it was his place to make such an offer, but the Uzuis had been trying for a pup for so long that their hope had begun to fade. It wasn't as if Giyuu himself was getting any younger, or had a pack of his own to start a family with. So if his body could help bring them the happiness they'd been longing for, then perhaps it was worth the risk. He just hadn't expected his quiet act of kindness to change all their lives so completely.
Aka:
The author had a brain worm because it's canon that Giyuu was one of the first people to hold the Uzui's baby and thought, "What if he had the baby instead?"...and it all spiraled from there.
