Keith needs a job. With the continuing rise of cost for both his apartment and hockey equipment and lessons etc. he is not coping well with his limited budget from winning games. So... he finally goes to his Brother for help, knowing that he'll have connections somewhere. Thankfully they need help with an extra large group of beginner intakes at the Altea skating rink. He's not thrilled. He's a hockey player, not a figure skater, but he gives in anyway. he just needs this small filler job where its just so he can pay the bills (until he can get another more stable job) with no drama, no attachments, no nothing.
What could possibly go wrong?A lot apparently, because he steps into the arena on his first day and falls straight-sorry flat on his face. Focus caught up on the beautiful and graceful figure gliding across the ice.

"Always," Wei Ying says automatically. "But wait, what."
"I'll get you another cup." Lan Zhan rises smoothly from the table.
"No, wait, hang on." Wei Ying grabs his wrist before he can take the cup and Lan Zhan freezes up, staring down at where Wei Ying is hanging on to him. "Fuck, sorry, I'll—" Wei Ying hastily lets go of his wrist. "Sorry, I—what did you mean?"
"I can pretend to date you," Lan Zhan says. "You take it with cream and sugar, correct?"

"You worry me," Lan WangJi tells him seriously. He puts his hands on Wei WuXian's knees for lack of a better place to put them. Wei WuXian places his own hands on top of Lan WangJi's, presumably to stop him from trying again to check his bandages.
"You don't need to worry," Wei WuXian says. "I swear I'm fine. I'll tell you if something feels off. You know me, I'm a huge crybaby whiner."
Lan WangJi frowns at him again. It's true that Wei WuXian can be a bit of a crybaby, but only about injuries that don't actually matter. When it's something important, like a ghost curse or a fundamentally unstable necromantic practice, Wei WuXian keeps it to himself. "Ridiculous," Lan WangJi tells him. Wei WuXian grins down at him.
