Summary
There’s no getting around it—Akechi has absolutely used Call of Chaos on himself a few too many times. That’s the only possible explanation as to why he agreed to Akira’s inane request.
(Loki itself seems to think otherwise, suggesting a few other reasons. Most of them involve Akira in varying states of undress, though, so he firmly shoves those aside.)
Regardless, he’s here. Here being a fucking cosplay convention. Complete with a costume of his very own. Akira had asked, and faced with that pleading expression…
