Apparently, it’s International Women’s Day, and that means flowers for all the women who matter to you. At least, that’s what Lance tells Keith, saying it's also a very important day for his Cuban family. Keith thinks that sounds simple enough. He’ll bring flowers to the women in his boyfriend's family and whoever else Keith knows in his own life.
It turns out Keith knows a lot more women than he realized.
Or Keith hands out fourteen bouquets, potentially-accidentally starts a Galra cultural reform, has Lance’s entire family in awe, and learns that one of the best ways to tell someone thank you and I love you is with flowers.

Summary
When Giyuu tells Sanemi "that's enough" at the Ubuyashiki estate, Sanemi's soulmate mark clarifies with those exact words. There's just one problem: Giyuu's mark refuses to clarify, even though they've both spoken their first words to each other.
The rejection consequences are brutal. Sanemi's wounds won't heal. Giyuu's body is slowly shutting down, progressive weakness turning the Water Hashira into what Sanemi affectionately (and mockingly) dubs "Fainting Goat Giyuu."
Neither of them wanted a soulmate. Both of them are too stubborn to accept help. And Giyuu is still carrying the ghost of his first soulmate—Sabito, who died before their bond could form.
But when Giyuu nearly drowns in his own bath, Sanemi realizes that ignoring the bond isn't an option anymore.
A story about learning to let go, learning to live instead of just survive, and learning that sometimes the person destined to catch you is the last person you'd expect.
