“I’m only stranded here because I followed you!” Lance shouted, and that was the crux of it, wasn’t it? At the centre of it all, Keith’s thumping, beating heart, bleeding out by design. Keith’s lips twisted into a sneer.
“Then maybe you shouldn’t have.”
If Lance tried to kiss him because he meant it, he should’ve known better. Caring for Keith was a battle, and he was going to get tired of fighting it. Keith would rather have nothing, than have something good and watch it leave him behind.

Summary
As they moved around each other in the kitchen Keith noticed something. Lance was his usual stupid self around Hunk, unaware of his own limbs, bumping into him and sliding past him in the small space, but with Keith he maintained a careful distance.
Keith felt.... Upset? He shook his head. Why did he want Lance to bump into him, that was stupid. But as it became more evident that Lance was purposefully avoiding touching him, Keith became more frustrated.
He wasn't scary! He was just chopping some goddamn space broccoli! -- oh, well maybe he had made the comment about the knife.
As he went to pass Lance, he intended to brush past him, easy and uncomplicated. But Lance moved for him like the red sea parting, gracefully exiting the shorter boy's personal space.
"Lance. What the hell?"

Summary
Keith has been doing so well with keeping his crush on Lance at bay, and this werewolf situation is going to blow all that hard work to hell. No one can know he was bitten by a space werewolf; no one can know of his most embarrassing moment. He hopes this was just a one night occurrence; he hopes that Lance thinks he hallucinated the events from a few nights ago.
Either way, he avoids Lance, and luckily, he doesn’t think his avoidance of Lance is noticeable to anyone.
“Hey, Mullet,” Lance snaps and Keith’s shoulders stiffen. Shit. Caught, he slowly turns to find Lance with his arms crossed, for once serious. “What's wrong with you lately?”
Or maybe it is.
Maybe Keith is not as subtle as he thinks he is, in any aspect of his life.
(or Keith gets bitten by a space werewolf and decides not to tell anybody. Too bad all he wants to do when he’s a wolf is be next to Lance).
