Summary
All’s well that barely ends well.
It’s been about a week since Charlotte’s death, and Nicole and Dion deal with the loss of normalcy in their lives by remaining by each other’s sides and catching up with the rest of the people in their life. But Nicole, plagued with nightmares, has been looking for answers in whatever BIONA or the world will throw at her; they’re safe for now. It’s supposed to be enough. And it is, at least while she’s working with Suzanne to preserve that safety— until one night, in the midst of the toughest schedule before a Lewis Company show, the storm edges too close and brings the one person haunting her with enough information to spin her safety on its axis. -

Summary
It’s very easy to pretend you’re over things when you’re travelling over twelve countries in just over six months. At least, it is if you’ve just left New York for the second time in your life and you’re taking your writing blog across the world with you.
Jane— a failing feminist— lands in Reykjavik, Iceland, thinking this is just another getaway. She’s cut off contact with every man she’s dated, even Pinstripe, for the time being, which leaves her with just her best friends and herself to navigate the globe. But a sudden familiar face coincidentally sharing the hotel floor she’s on might bring her right back to everything she thought she’d left behind.(Or, Jane and Jacqueline meet in Iceland, sans Scarlet. Not much has changed, and Jane’s feelings definitely haven’t, even if she’s always the last to know.)
Author's note: Updates -will- be slow. I'm really sorry to let down anyone avidly checking or rereading but between lack of motivation, chronic pain and other things I am trying my best to gather my love for these two back. Thank you for your patience <3 Blue

Summary
When Dennis started skating, he’d never imagined it’d become such a big part of his life. He’d always expected that he’d stay in Broken Bow just like all his brothers. Marry some nice girl, get a respectable job that allowed him the time to help his parents out on the farm. Maybe take it over one day.
His whole life flips on its head when Jack Abbot, retired Olympian, offers Dennis a chance to train under Michael Robinavich - a legend in the world of competitive skating. Forced to make a decision between what his family expects, and a chance Dennis never thought he’d have, he makes the choice to give it a real go. Even if that means moving to Pittsburgh alone with less than $1000 to his name.
The question is - will Dennis live up to the expectations that Robby and Abbot have for him to succeed?

Summary
“Where does it hurt?”
“What?”
“The pain. I’m not playing this fucking game with you anymore. Where is the pain?” He waited, stared, until finally Dennis’s eyes came up from the floor and locked in on his own. “You’re one of the most driven people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a long time, Whitaker, and you are off your game in a big way. I’ve seen you sit down more times in the past eight hours than I’ve seen you sit ever. You’re barely eating, you’re dragging ass, and -please excuse how direct I’m being when I say this- you’ve been downright bitchy the past three days.” Dennis’s face fell, and he tilted his head back down, eyes locking in and beginning to count the speckles in the tile floor, until long, deft fingers met his chin and tilted his face back upward, forcing him back into the eye contact that would be his undoing. “Tell me where it hurts.”

Summary
“You’re my attending.”
“That’s not a no.”
“It should be.”
“Is it?”
Dennis Whitaker is damn cold in the too hot ER and there's a familiar jacket on the chair across from him. If only he knew who it belonged to before he put it on.

Summary
“I could use a housesitter while I’m out. Just someone to check in on the place, maybe give it a light dusting once a week. Make sure it’s not burnt down or flooded in some freak accident. Of course you’re welcome to stay over, too. It’s my understanding that Doctor Santos’s relationship with Doctor Garcia is… flourishing. And that maybe you’d both do well with more privacy.”
Dennis’s feet slowed as they approached a covered bus stop, finally stilling once they were underneath the metal sign indicating the stop number. “That is true. I mean, yeah, I could drop by, keep an eye on things, stay over on date nights that are always at our place for some reason...”
