    Tony scrambles upright and sees the kid collapsed on his side, limp. It wasn’t enough to kill him as Tony had said “disarm,” but he always made sure to kill them in the end. Yet when he comes closer to the vampire and sees the unconscious tear-streaked face, he can’t bring himself to do it. Not when the vampire had shown him mercy and had seemed so shaken up.
