Summary
30 years ago, the Sublime Beastar put forth a military draft to control healthy male carnivores of sufficient size. The Shishigumi work for Oguma as conscripts for his personal guard. But Louis is about to start working for Horns, and the government insists he takes on a carnivore bodyguard of his own - a 'partner.' Louis bitterly takes on Legosi. Louis and Legosi have to work through their messy, complicated feelings, to figure out how this relationship is actually supposed to work - and also how Louis really feels about carnivores in general.
(TLDR: A hopepunk take on Louis and Legosi dramatically changing society for the better and gaining a whole extended lion family in the process.)

Along the way, he uncovers the wounds left by the strange disappearance, becoming entangled in a web of mysteries that seem endless. Soon, he will have to decide whether he truly wants to uncover the truth behind the tragedy or face the consequences of continuing to live in its shadow.

Summary
College theater is so much fun! When everyone’s an adult - on stage and in the audience - you can get away with so much more! And it's taken a lot of work, but Bill is finally proud of the skin he's in. He doesn't have to pretend anymore. So when Dom has an idea to show off those stripes in the next show, Bill thinks it's hilarious.
Bill just, uh, wasn't expecting to like it so much... or to like Dom this much either...
