Summer is supposed to be a vacation but Stiles hasn't had much time to relax with his best friend being a werewolf (and a lovesick puppy), and a new problem showing up in Beacon Hills right on schedule. But him and Scott can handle it with their werewolf frenemies. And Derek is almost a friend, or at least their werewolf guy. And Derek trusts Stiles so that's good. And Stiles being the only human Derek trust doesn't mean anything. Does it?

Stiles turned back around, slowly this time. Derek Hale was standing there, frowning. He looked so much like his son that it made Stiles nauseous. He also looked way better than Stiles remembered. Death suited him. Or maybe it was the fact that he had aged like fine fucking wine. Seeing him again after so long made all of Stiles's pent-up high school feelings come rushing back to him. And maybe some new ones on top of those.
