Summary
After a series of traumatic events, Regulus is left mute as a young child. He expresses himself through art, finding that the canvas listens to him a lot better than people do. When his parents are killed in a car accident, he takes the chance to move in with Sirius and the Potters to start over.
James is a soccer player forced to take an art class his senior year to meet all his credit requirements for a scholarship and to graduate. It's there that he learns Regulus has a voice, it just takes someone willing to listen to hear it.
