Summary
A bunch of poorly trained children summon a pride demon to the human realm by accident. Their mistake is detective Kakashi's gain, as the demon, Iruka, is quite possibly the most handsome creature that he has ever laid eye on. Too bad he isn't known for his charm and Iruka clearly hates him.
Or does he?
As Iruka helps Kakashi solve his latest case, they start to get to know each other and something blossoms that neither thought possible.

A practicing witch accepted the role of a tutor to teach their little prince the ways of magic. He had his own agenda, though, and it didn't involve fleeing to the neighbouring kingdom with said prince on his back and the annoying captain of the royal guard as his pretend-husband, while an ordinary guard with the help of an elf fights off the evil forces that invaded their home.

AKA: Kakashi is a Victorian era vampire scientist who can’t help but rope Iruka into his cryptid studies.
“Accelerated healing, too,” Kakashi comments as he cups Iruka’s face in his hands, smearing the droplet of blood away with his thumb and noting just how quickly the wound heals over. “Almost instantaneous. How remarkable.”

Iruka had been having the dreams for as long as he could remember. After his parents’ death they had gone away for a time; then they’d come back with a vengeance, and he had spent the whole year he was fifteen in a haze, not sure whether he was really Iruka or whether he was another, younger boy who skipped stones and laughed and still had a living father.

These files have your background information, job positions and anything else you may need to create your character.” Shouta raises his eyebrows as he opens the front page and sees his new name - Otani Kentaro, apparently - printed next to Yagi’s. Otani Yoritoki. His husband’s name, by the looks of things. There’s no way in hell they can pass this off as brothers.
Shinso watches him leave, scratching at his face, before he looks up at Shouta curiously. “So. Dad,” He begins, and a shitty little smile crosses his face after a moment. “How much experience do you have with teenagers?”

He narrows his eyes at them when the bathroom door creaks open behind him and Shouta pauses, finally beginning to process what her face even means - not a new partner, then, but that could only mean housemate - and twists to look up - and up - into the bluest eyes he's ever fucking seen. Blue-Eyes blinks at him for a second, processing, until his face splits into a huge grin and he laughs brightly, and Shouta realises that whoever this guy is, he’s completely and utterly fucked in regards to him.
