The hoodie still warm, as predicted, it felt like a hug from Wilbur. And since Tommy’s frame was thinner than Wilbur’s, the hoodie hung a little loosely, making him feel even cozier.He pulled the sleeves over his hands and trapped the heat in with the sweater paws.
He looked up at Wilbur with a dopey grin on his face.
“Let’s get you home, bud,” Wilbur said softly, recognizing that Tommy had finally given in to the cold.
