Summary
Adora had a rough first semester of college. Despite the excitement of meeting new people, making new friends, and even starting a band, something, or rather someone, was missing throughout it all. Catra, her former best friend and the girl she realized she was in love with far too late, fled their foster home after she was rejected from the college Adora had committed to. In the months leading up to Catra's disappearance, she had turned into a different person, filled with anger and spite at Adora's decision.
What happens when Catra appears half a year later, fueled by the same ire that had come to define her final moments with Adora, and as the bassist in a rival band?

Really? Adora thought. This is what I’m stuck with now? “Selling you my soul was one thing. I did not agree to put up with your flirting.”
Catra’s tail was waving through the air as the demon sent her an amused smile. “You’ve got some fire for a mortal. Oh, this is going to be a fun eternity with you at my side.”
