The Juistria League - the alliance of the major countries of the continent Juisitria - has long since stood for peace.
Unfortunately there is one country that is a thorn in their side whenever they try to solidify that peace: The Infinite Lands, a country of barbarians to the north where the only reason they survive is the magic in the air. Where the magic is so strong that even children develop a talent, which they themselves call "the blessings of the dragons".
The country that, last time the Juistria League had tried to negotiate, had waged a war more brutal then anything seen before on them, for over a decade - right until the moment a rebellion caged him. Not long ago, his murderer took the title.
And now, that very same newly crowned High Chief demands negotiations of them.
Bruce would rather die, would rather see Gotham and all of Juistria in flames than to allow that man to take one of his children. Tim, however, makes another decision before he could say that. Now, everyone has to hope Phantom will be happy with the boy…
Meanwhile Danny is just too stunned that they actually agreed to that to do anything about the sudden engagement.

"I mean, imagine something goes wrong. Prince Timothy's life would be in danger. I can't imagine you'd want that either. So I would really rather make sure this is done as quick as possible."
Something was squeezing Tim's heart and stoping the air from leaving his lunges. As he met Dick's shocked eyes, he felt as though someone had pulled the floor out from under him. There was a ringing in his ears and a suspicious sting in his eyes.
Danny had never bothered to so openly threaten Tim's life before. Until now, Tim could've almost fooled himself into thinking his fiancé was honestly kind.
What had changed? What had they done now to anger Danny enough to go this far? What if he got even angrier because they kept doing whatever it was they had done? Or, worse yet, what if he was so angry he would deny Tim even the small scraps of mercy he had been allowing him so far? Tim wasn't sure he could live without those, not when there had been so many mistakes they'd needed forgiving for already.
Scared and desperate to stop whatever was happening, Tim turned to Danny with the best smile he could muster. "Okay," he said, trying to hide how his voice shook, "Whatever you think is best."

In a blink, Tim realizes he is in fact- not where he is supposed to be.
It could be the fact that he was previously in his bedroom and yet, is now in a warehouse. Assumably one on the east docks, he can tell by the smell. It could be the fact that he is wearing clothes that aren’t quite- but very close to -pooling around him like someone dressed him up in clothing meant for someone half a foot taller. Or that he shrunk.
Undoubtedly, however, the biggest clue was the man in front of him holding a gun pointed straight at him. A gun that doesn’t look all magical but definitely isn’t just technology, along with its wielder giving him the most shocked face he has ever seen.
Tim, who prides himself on being pretty fast on the uptake, absorbs all of this information in a few seconds and with all the sudden adrenaline within him decides to focus in on one thought: He is not supposed to be here.
With all the experiences a twelve year old can have after following (read: stalking) dangerous vigilantes on rooftops with no outside help or training, he decides to fall back on what he knows and what he’s comfortable with: running the fuck away.
