The same Mike Wheeler who wanted nothing to do with university. The Mike Wheeler who still has intense guilt about El and his own feelings towards a special someone with whom he will have to be surprise roommates for years to come.

Past information (stuff that led to this): The day before Katsuki showed up at Izuku's apartment he saw on the news that Izuku and the girl who he didn't even know Izuku was dating (Ochaco Uraraka) had gotten ENGAGED???? Katsuki was very confused and felt like he didn't know what to do about himself and his feelings towards Izuku.
