Summary
Kakashi found an injured and unconscious Sasuke in close proximity to Konoha. Maybe because he was his favorite student once or maybe because he presented Omega (to his surprise), he smuggled the Uchiha inside his apartment to patch him up.
When he realized that having a Terrorist in his apartment, who also smelled like the wet dream of every alpha, wasn’t a good idea, it was already too late.
Kakashi has a tight grip on his self control and does anything in his power to not get affected by Sasuke.
But it was just a matter of time until his former student pressed enough of his buttons and made him snap.This plays roughly around 2 years after the war but Sasuke never returned to Konoha and Tsunade is still Hokage. Sasuke is around 21 in this, Kakashi is 32ish.
