Summary
Contrary to current circumstances, Tim knows how dangerous the League is. He knows that if he joins, he will be taunting death every day and there will come a day where they’ll order him to kill someone. Which is why he decided not to join as a ninja.
Just like any other organisation or business, the League has departments. There’s the IT department, the finance department, operations and strategy, member training, and of course leadership and directorship.
But one thing Tim noticed while lightly cyberstalking the League is that they lack an HR department.

or: after being sent to train in france, tim uses the opportunity to learn and train with the league of assassins. but even he’s not reckless enough to join as a ninja, so he joins as the head of human resources. because that’s totally a reasonable thing to do.
and who knows, maybe he’ll pick up a brother or two along the way.

Summary
In Tim’s defence, he tried his best. He used every fighting move he’s learnt, and when they failed him he used every dirty trick, the type that would make Batman frown in disapproval. Biting, a knee to the balls, your mom jokes, scratching, and more biting. None of it worked.
Which is how he finds himself attached to a chair. Attached, because not only is he tied to it, there’s also a nail driven into each of his hands and feet, keeping him pinned to the wooden chair like a bug under a microscope. Tim can’t help but blame himself for that though. Maybe if he hadn’t kept escaping every type of handcuff and binding they put on him, they wouldn’t have resorted to this.
or: jason stumbles across a kidnapped red robin, and takes tim back to his safehouse. this leads to a lot of weird conversations and ice cream.

“Kid, are you okay? What happened?”
The body racks with a nasty, hacking cough. “Fell.”

Summary
Therapy isn't working out for Tim (possibly because he has like, way too many issues), so Dinah suggests he try music therapy instead. This turns out to be such a good idea he drafts it to his team and suddenly he's moonlighting as a rock singer in a band that's rising in popularity. Maintaining a new "secret" identity is easy enough, and he's having a lot of fun!
Unfortunately for Tim, it seems he's a bit TOO good at the secret identity thing, because his family doesn't seem to realize that it's him.
Ugh, this is just proving his point.
