Summary
Special Agent Castiel Novak has worked for the FBI for a number of years. His very first undercover mission, which he chooses to accept, is to infiltrate Kansas City’s largest organized crime family. The mission is fairly straightforward and Cas is happy to sacrifice his normal life to clean up the streets of Kansas City.
Then he meets Dean, a young man who has been kidnapped and forced to work for the organization by way of prostitution.
Despite the point of the mission being to take down the organization, Cas finds that he only cares about saving Dean Winchester.

Summary

Summary

He's odd, this Castiel, with his piercings, combat boots, battered old trench coat covered in homemade patches, and bright blue eyes that shine golden in a glint of the light. The handsome stranger stirs feelings within Dean best left buried. Dean makes the man leave, certain he will never see that weirdo again.
But the moment in the forest isn't an isolated incident. Dean is in danger. Something out there wants him dead. Or worse.
Good thing Cas is always there to save him.

Summary
Castiel’s life is pretty well on-track for someone who’s just turned thirty, if he does say so himself — he’s got a great job at the university, he’s just finished his master’s degree, and he has it on good authority that he’s going to be accepted for his PhD next year. Things go slightly awry when he wakes up one morning with a neck so sore and so stiff that he can’t move his head. He’s not sure how he obtained a musculoskeletal injury while writing his thesis, but he is sure that the physiotherapist who will be treating the injury is quite literally the most attractive man he’s ever seen in his life. It only gets worse when Dean turns up as a tutor at the university, which, incidentally, he does at the same time that Castiel receives an unsolicited nude from an unknown number.

It’s for this reason that he’s once again found himself in bed with some super hot, super buff, super stranger from Grindr. Just something he does to take the edge off. Unfortunately, like everything Dean does, he probably should have thought about it a bit more carefully — Cas is a doctor, apparently, and there’s only one hospital in town, and when some cocky new resident starts giving him attitude in the notes at work, well, he just should have thought about it a bit more carefully. Cas must be feeling it too because it’s not three days later that he’s signing them both up for the local rugby team, which, given how messy their last season turned out, is probably a bad idea. Cas needs it, though, and Dean needs Cas, and so even though it is a really bad idea, he’s gonna do it anyway. Game on.
