"Yep," Charlie says, looking away when the colors seem to pulse in time with his headache. "The apocalypse would never come all the way out here for one guy."

There are a dozen benches set out for the ceremony, and under them there's not much to see.
No one had looked for Charlie after he was gone. And he would know, he didn't go so far. All in all, a clean job, a remedy for a shitty day. What's wrong with trying to turn it around.
It's maybe a fact of the universe, that for better and for worse, Quackity and Charlie will always come back together.
